We are constantly revising our methods and practices to ensure every part that leaves our facility meets or exceeds our customers expectations. In order to achieve this, our team of onsite engineers reviews each step in our manufacturing process.
Auto-Labeling Robots
In the last few years we have been making quality changes within all of our facilities. Some of these changes include, blending Automated robots to work alongside machine operators to ensure that quality is our number 1 priority.

Our Quality Assurance Measures
Camera Inspection
Every Part that is produced and is pulled from the machine goes through a imaging process that matches the newly created part against a verified part for defects and abnormally
Visual Inspections
Spectrophotometer: We have the ability to provide Color matching and verification of the color.
Gloss Verification: Verifies the gloss to ensure that it meets the customers expectations.
Light Booth: Visual verification of product under different lighting controls to ensure quality control.
Safe Launch Capabilities
Parts are initially inspected directly out of molding machine. Quality Assurance technicians are trained to identify and rectify the following defects:
Sink marks
Short shots
Burn marks
Flash marks
